SUN MOON events are curated environments. Access never overrides another person’s autonomy, privacy or boundaries.

Consent
Consent must be voluntary, informed, specific and ongoing. Silence, pressure, intoxication or prior interaction is not permission. A yes can become a no at any time.

Respect
Harassment, coercion, intimidation, discrimination, stalking, retaliation and unwanted physical contact are incompatible with participation.

Privacy
Follow the event-specific photography and recording policy. Private venue details and guest information must not be redistributed without authorization.

Intoxication and safety
Staff may refuse entry, pause service, separate participants or remove a guest when safety, capacity or conduct requires it.

Reporting
Concerns should be reported to designated SUN MOON staff or the published safety contact. Reports are handled on a need-to-know basis and recorded separately from ordinary CRM notes.

No entitlement
Membership, invitation, status, spending, professional role or social connection never creates entitlement to another person’s time, attention or intimacy.
