Media Policy

SUN MOON uses photography and film as creative media, but participation in a community or event is not blanket permission to publish a person’s image.

Event states

Each event must declare its media state: no recording, official media only, or specifically permitted recording.

Official production

Official capture should use appropriate notices and releases for the intended use. Sensitive contexts require stronger affirmative permission.

Talent work

Commercial talent usage is governed by the relevant project agreement or model release, including scope, term, territory and compensation where applicable.

Member privacy

Private member information, private venue details and non-public guest lists must not be published merely because staff can access them.

Removal requests

Operational procedures should support legitimate correction/removal requests subject to contractual and legal constraints.
