SUN MOON is designed to collect only the information needed to review applications, operate relationships, events and creative work. This page is a product-ready policy framework and must receive jurisdiction-specific legal review before launch.

What we collect
Application and contact information, portfolio or profile material you choose to provide, operational communications, event participation records, consent records and technical security data required to protect the service.

Why we use it
To review applications, communicate with applicants and members, operate events and projects, manage safety, maintain records, prevent abuse and comply with applicable law.

Access and retention
Access is restricted by operational role. Retention must follow configured business and legal requirements; rejected or inactive records must not be retained indefinitely without a documented basis.

Your choices
Where applicable, people may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Identity verification may be required before a request is fulfilled.

Media and events
Event photography and media permissions are governed separately. Attendance does not silently create unrestricted commercial image rights.

Launch requirement
Operator legal identity, contact details, processors, transfer mechanisms, jurisdiction-specific legal bases and retention periods must be completed by counsel before production publication.
