Terms
These terms define the intended operating boundaries of SUN MOON. Commercial and jurisdiction-specific clauses require legal review before production launch.

Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, membership, representation, paid work, an invitation or any commercial outcome.

Talent independence
Professional opportunities are independent from personal or romantic interaction. Declining personal attention must never create a professional penalty.

Membership
Membership and guest access are curated relationships. No member is promised access to another person, and all interactions remain voluntary.

Events
Guests must follow event access, conduct, privacy, media, age and venue rules. Safety concerns may result in removal or review.

Commercial arrangements
Production, travel, representation, membership fees or other commercial arrangements are handled separately by managers and written agreements. The website contains no checkout system.

Launch requirement
Legal entity, governing law, cancellation/refund rules where applicable, liability language and statutory consumer rights must be finalized before launch.
